At Epic Building Company (EBC), the tools of the trade have gone digital. We have implemented EPICenter, a cutting-edge project management tool.  The EPICenter software connects our customers to their project information in one easily accessible site.  Customers can make selections, review updates, see photos and documents, and ask questions, review budget, approve change orders, navigate warranty, and much more; it’s all located in one central hub, the EPICenter of the project.

Everyone has heard the horror stories associated with many construction projects.  Whether it’s unexpected costs, poor communication, lack of accountability, or any of the other common complaints, unprofessional experiences can punctuate the home building and renovation experience.  Our new system ensures effective and clear communication and collaboration throughout the entire construction and warranty process.  EPICenter gives customers access to every detail of their project.  It is EBC’s way of giving more to our customers, by giving them the tools to feel confident as they navigate the construction process step by project step.  For Andy Kolp, President of EBC, the main impact of this tool on each project is the communication streamlining: “From my perspective, it provides a portal for constant and organized communication.  It is a one-stop shop for the whole project.  Every detail can be found in one place.  The intent is to eliminate a lot (all) of the “typical” problems that homeowners have with their contractor.”
